"KPK Compaigns For Anti-Corruption In The Malls"
"SOLO, KOMPAS.com- The Anti-Corruption Commission will run campaigns from mall to mall in the city of Solo."
Is Corruption Really An Issue Like An Election, We Can Choose?
We must confess that we are confused by the strategies employed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK). Corruption is being carried out in the government offices, why are the KPK carrying out campaigns in the Malls?
The public is already strongly anti-corruption and bored with suffering at the hands of corrupt government officials and certainly doesn't need campaigns, who is the target for these campaigns? Corrupt officials clearly don't care about the public or the country, and don't have any moral issues with corruption, and they are clearly not going to be effected by the campaigns, so what are the KPK's objectives? Maybe these activities are so that the public can see that the KPK are working hard.
What the public wants to see is the KPK working hard in the government offices, examining all transactions and arresting and prosecuting the criminals. The ways corruption is conducted in Indonesia are no secret (it's in the newspapers).
Why isn't corruption being addressed directly at the places where it is happening (Government Offices) rather than wasting time and money in the Malls.
Ok, Let's Get Serious, It's Time!
"KPK Requests The MoE To Provide Anti-Corruption Education"
Isn't this strategy extremely ironic?. The Serious Corruption In The MoE hasn't even been addressed and yet the MoE is being requested to provide anti-corruption education. What could we possibly hope for from the MoE?

"Corruption occurs at all levels from the MoE, District Education Offices, and even in schools," said the Head of the Public Service Monitoring Division (MPP) ICW, Ade Irawan." |
School and University Students Are Amongst The Greatest Opponents To Corruption In Our Country. They are the main victims of corruption and understand very clearly the issues and evils of both corruption and corrupt officials. We must ask again, what are the objectives of this education?
If corruption is not addressed in the workplace first our school and university graduates, who are in a powerless situation, will still be forced to participate in the corruption after they leave school. Our children who wish to be honest and hope for work that is honorable apparently will still not have a future in the public service in this country. Another issue nephotism, that greatly inhibits human resource development in this country will continue to flourish and the best human resources in the country will still not be employed, only the friends and relatives of some of the worst people in the country.
Ok KPK, clean up the workplace first so that students in Indonesia can trust that their education and abilities will be appreciated and utilized by our country!
Has Any Country Ever Overcome Corruption by Anti-Corruption Campaigns In Malls Or School Education Programs?
